/ About the project

AT&T came to our team with a challenge: unify its sprawling digital ecosystem. With dozens of internal teams and disconnected brand expressions, their digital presence felt fragmented and inconsistent. We were tasked with developing a foundational system, one that could bring clarity, cohesion, and emotional resonance across the board.

This was less about shipping a single product, and more about imagining a future-forward framework for how AT&T shows up across platforms.

My Role

As a Senior Designer, I was embedded in a multidisciplinary team that included strategists, writers, and technologists. I focused on shaping the early visual and interactive direction for what would become AT&T’s unified design system and key brand experiences.

Key contributions:

  • Developed system-level patterns for scalable digital experiences

  • Designed landing page templates that balanced storytelling with clarity

  • Partnered with content and strategy to define a voice that felt steady, bold, and human

  • Contributed to interaction design and motion exploration to convey tone through movement

  • Presented concepts to key stakeholders across marketing and product

"This wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was about rebuilding trust through design."

This project involved at least 20+ people who helped bring it all together from marketing, copy, design, production, strategy and more.
